Agency workflows now support client grouping and client-ready context

SearchTriage team 11 Jul 2026

Agency and Agency Plus accounts can group sites by client, assign sites, review client context, and export cleaner client-ready summaries.

SearchTriage now includes a lightweight client workflow for Agency and Agency Plus accounts.

Search work gets more complicated when one account manages several clients. A simple site list is fine for a solo founder, but agencies and consultants need clearer grouping: which sites belong to which client, what work is open, what reports exist, and where action is needed.

The client workflow gives SearchTriage a better foundation for that.

What agencies can do

Agency users can create clients, add notes, assign sites to clients, and review client-level context. The app can show site status, recent reports, opportunities, Content Map counts, and client-ready exports in a way that is easier to share or use during account management.

This is intentionally lightweight for now. It gives agencies the structure they need without turning SearchTriage into a heavy project management system.

Why client grouping matters for SEO

Client SEO work often fails when the signal gets separated from the action.

One client may need update recommendations across several service pages. Another may need new content briefs based on long-tail Search Console queries. Another may have strong pages with poor internal links. Without grouping, those recommendations become a flat pile of tasks.

Client context keeps the work organized.

Better reporting conversations

Client-ready reports should explain what matters without drowning the reader in raw Search Console exports. SearchTriage can include clearer summaries, accepted actions, open opportunities, Content Map context, and source details.

That makes it easier for a consultant to say:

  • here is what changed
  • here is what matters
  • here is what we should update
  • here is what we should write next
  • here is what we are ignoring for now

Built for future agency features

Client grouping also sets up later work such as white-label reporting, client portals, team seats, and deeper portfolio views.

For now, it gives agencies a cleaner way to manage multiple client sites while keeping the core SearchTriage workflow focused on search-led content decisions.
