Privacy Policy

SearchTriage is built around private search data, so the default posture is simple: collect what the product needs, keep uploads private, and make deletion possible.

Account data

We store account details such as name, email address, login history, and workspace settings so the app can authenticate users and keep workspaces separate.

Uploaded files

Google Search Console exports and content map files are treated as customer data. Uploaded files are used to parse rows, generate summaries, and support recommendations.

Generated output

Reports, opportunities, briefs, drafts, and internal link notes are stored in the workspace that generated them. Users remain responsible for reviewing generated output before publishing.

Deletion

Users should be able to delete imports and related parsed data. Future retention settings will make raw-file retention configurable by workspace.

Third parties

Payment processing, analytics, email, and OpenAI API processing may be used as the product matures. Production subprocessors should be listed before launch.
