Stripe billing and Postmark email are now part of the account foundation
SearchTriage now has Stripe Checkout, customer billing management, promotion code support, Postmark emails, invitations, contact forms, and audit logs.

This work is less flashy than a new chart or brief generator, but it matters. A useful SaaS product needs clear account states, safe billing flows, reliable email, and admin visibility when something goes wrong.
Stripe Checkout and billing management
Paid plans can use Stripe Checkout, with server-side plan and price validation. SearchTriage does not accept prices, customer IDs, or plan assignments from the browser. The app maps configured Stripe Price IDs back to local plans and keeps Stripe-managed billing state separate from manual admin plan changes.
The billing panel can direct subscribed users to Manage Billing, and cancellation-at-period-end remains clear: access continues while the Stripe status is active, with the cancellation date shown in settings.
Stripe promotion codes are also supported through Checkout. Codes such as launch offers are created in Stripe, while SearchTriage allows customer-entered promotion codes during checkout.
Postmark transactional email
Postmark powers the email side of the account workflow. SearchTriage can send and log:
- waitlist confirmations
- invite emails
- registration completion links
- contact form messages
- billing/payment notices
Admins can review email events, which makes it easier to see whether messages were sent, skipped, failed, or accepted by the provider.
Contact and invite workflows
The public contact page now routes enquiries to the launch mailbox when email is configured. Waitlist users can be prepared and invited from admin, with completion tokens ready for password setup and account activation.
That gives SearchTriage a clean path from pre-launch interest to active account.

Billing and email are part of trust. Users need to understand their plan, manage payment details, receive the right messages, and contact the product owner when something needs a human answer.
